On 6–7 November 2026, the Horseday Arena in Ölfus will become the setting for a business and innovation festival no one should miss.

The spotlight will be on the  ideas and opportunities found across South Iceland, as well as the diverse solutions shaping the future of business and society in the region.

The festival will bring together a conference, exhibition area, presentations and networking in a lively and exciting programme where entrepreneurs, companies, investors, municipalities, support organisations and the public come together.

Guests will have the opportunity to discover new ideas, meet the people behind the companies and see how innovation comes to life in a real-world context — in food production, tourism, energy, technology, the creative industries and community development.

The festival will also feature the launch of South Iceland’s Innovation Strategy, marking an important milestone as South Iceland becomes the first region in Iceland to develop a comprehensive regional innovation strategy.
